I'll admit this thought is born from my contrarian nature, but I don't want Sato to actually end up being a villain. I doubt he was actively involved in planning a missile barrage on Yamato, it could be that he was aware that something would happen and chose not to tell anyone though, something which has historically led to the beginning of many wars.I just don't see why he'd put so much effort into being Tokio's mentor only to turn around and do something that would make him at the top of his hit list.I also think this arc has given us enough worldbuilding that another nation entirely could be behind this, imagine if it wasn't even Guelta but Antitise's nation getting revenge for Sora's literal genocide campaign.
