And right after that is when the franchise veered away from spin0off shit like Appmons and X Antibodies and, starting with Tri, started putting out some regular Digimon designs again. So nothing from Colon, nothing from Ghost Game, Liberator, etc. It barely even has anything from Xros Wars since most of those mons didn't have canon levels until they were added to the reference book in 2020. I wouldn't even mind if the next game was a shameless asset flip with less new story content than Hacker's Memory if it gave us like 80 new Digimon from the recent installments.
