I just had a revelation. When Kaido told Zoro that if he joined him they could have "conquered the world" together, the world was referencing Imu, as Rocks called Imu. Kaido saw Imu first hand and even attacked Imu with all the legends, he knows haki power levels alone aren't the answer to immortality. He probably sees something in Zoro's technique such as Flame Rend being able to cut the immortal's black flames or Ryuma's sword god techniques. Since you people are retarded, I'll do the math for you. We get around 35 chapters currently per year. We also get around 50 anime chapters. This has been the case for over a decade, though we used to get more chapters. Even with this trend, the current anime is 50 chapters behind the manga. And this has not changed since Dressrossa. At any given point in time, even when the anime episodes exceeded the manga chapters in numbers, the difference between the chapter the latest anime episode is adapting and the latest manga chapter has always been a constant, around 50 or so chapters. Let's evaluate the new schedule. We're getting 26 episodes AT MOST. But remember, we're still gonna get 35 chapters a year. This means, going by a 1:1 chapter to episode ratio, we're left with a surplus of 10-15 chapters added to the difference. This is unnecessary.So realistically, it seems quite obvious that this will be the first time in many, many years that the chapter/episode ratio starts exceeding 1 again.Meanwhile they'll probably pad out the offtimes with remakes, essentially halving the amount of post-timeskip episodes. The anime HAS to go biweekly because the manga is basically biweekly itself now. Oda is old, he cant draw weekly and when he forces himself he gets hospitalized. So around 30 chapters per year is what we have to settle and so does the anime. So they can either choose to do half a year of filler, adapt like 6 pages per episode (which everyone hates) or go biweekly together with the manga, and they choose the later, which is the most logical conclusion in my opinion.

Obviously the world power at that time, which forced him to take to the sea as an outcast.The Ancient Kingdom was probably heavily divided by class/caste/ideology etc. and it escalated into a full-blown civil war, with outside smaller powers participating on either side. Eventually the "uprising" faction coalesced around Joyboy, making him a pirate King in parallel to the official King. In the aftermath, traces of this base conflict were erased along with all information about the world power itself, and the outside "allied countries" were raised up as the sole fighters and victors of the conflict.At some point in the middle of all that shit or near its end, some kind of ancient demon thing got awakened either by accident or on purpose, and probably took over Nerona Imu, betraying a bunch of allies and rising to the top of the newly emerging world order.
