Chapters in part 1 were twice as long and it took around 10 chapters to wrap up the whole thing, and that was WITH pretty much every important question answered. We HAVE to be getting a conclusion volume, there's no way around it. Asa isn't the final boss either, Death is, so that's going to take time to go through. If it just ends with death not doing anything and going back to hell Fujimoto will go down as one of the biggest hacks of all time and I have to imagine the guy who made part 1 wouldn't do that
