You could easily make a seasonal series about almost any side character and their adventures, and as long as it’s written well, it would be really cool. Probably even better than what One Piece is now, to be completely honest, just keep the stakes a little lower and focus on adventure and wonder

even though one piece is in its final saga, a saga has multiple arcs and an arc can last for years so I could see one piece going on for 10 more years easily.
