I hate this.The author introduces a romance subplot and barely puts any effort in writing it well so it never goes anywhere or it does but feels lackluster because japanese are too cowardly and autistic about romance and sex.This is a problem that many manga and anime have, specially the ones aimed at male viewers. There isn't a single frame drawn by Toriyama himself of Goku giving Chi-Chi as much as a hug.
