Finally we have madoka, the eternal femme. Eternally accepting, eternally caring, and eternally concerned with the ones she cares about, madokas biggest hurdle is a lack of foresight, intelligence, and ability to deal with trauma. She is able to finally user her intelligence to help herself and other women achieve power and agency, but also take personal responsibility for that power and agency. Madoka uses her feminity to buey up the hope of magical girls. Rebellion of course ends up becoming a critique of all of this, but that's another matter entirely. In the anime madokas actions stand as the fulcrum to make the unnatural desires she has a reality.
