Just read the spoilers.The social meta-commentary going on in Modulo is getting really lame and preachy. The entire arc revealing what happened with these aliens feels like a meta-commentary on the whole Israel Palestine stuff, and then saying that countries like Japan have a responsibility to harbor these refugees, etc... It feels especially poignant too given there's a lot of anti-Muslim sentiment brewing in Japan. It's basically like Gege is telling the Japanese right to STFU and harbor the violent rapefugees. Muh "coexistence." Not taking into consideration the dilution of your home culture or how certain peoples simply aren't able to coexist. It's a sentimental "don't your feel bad for these backwards tribal peoples? Is JJK the series with the most mismatch in terms of popular characters to how relevant/prevalent they actually are to the story? Gojo also had quite some time where they disappeared from the story and got killed, Geto's only really in flashbacks but since Kenny is in his body most of of the time not surprised he's constantly remembered, Nanami got killed pretty early on in the story, Yuki had a bit of following but didn't actually do much before dying, Todo made big splashes but then disappeared halfway in the story for no reason until final battle, Inumaki and Panda were endearing even if they didn't have that great powers and then got benched for most of the 2nd half, etc.Honestly it really just hits me how much most of the early cast got sidelined by the 2nd half of the series for a bunch of new ones.
