I like the idea and would like to watch this, but don't want to go through entire series with filler.
Is there some sort of special containing most of the plot line?
Kind of like in The Death Note Director's Cut

Yeah it's called Attack on Titan Chronicle I think but there's generally no filler in this series, all the would-be "filler" is contained to 3 OVAs

It doesn't have any filler. The era of One Piece/Naruto/Dragon Ball-tier anime stretched out to 3000 episodes with padding is long over.
