There's a Toei site listing down each season in English, Mahoutsukai has the official English name of Witchy Girls even though Maho has not been marketed to an international audience. If you're talking about technicalities of marketing and fine prints then idk. Personally I prefer Precure to be niche instead of normie overseas. I think it's worth mentioning that the official Toei channel or one of its channels had relatively recently uploaded the Magical Doremi intro, which is the Ojamajo English dub/localization which would mean that they are acknowledging the existence of that version.
