I didn’t remember the battles being THAT boring. any anime you got tricked by nostalgia into rewatching recently and ended up disappointed?

I felt the same way about 01, though weirdly started feeling an itch to rewatch Savers and have enjoyed it immensely. Masaru decking the shit out of Digimon never gets old and keeps me watching.
