Actually its pretty funny, Shield Hero seems to give numerical values and they're pretty low, even late into the anime seasons (not sure how high they're supposed to get in endgame of the story)So Libra fucking rapes him.

I hope the anime actually ends up adopting everything eventually because they've done a better job of it than expected, and fixed some of the pacing issues and weirdness.
