In a good timeline, Dragon Ball Evolution would have never happened and thus Toriyama wouldn't have been enraged so much that he came out of retirement to work on Battle of Gods. Dragon Ball would have walked into the sunset after 1995 (1997 for anime if you REALLY want to count GT) and we would have had cool Dragon Ball games yearly like in the PS2 era. But now, after that one movie with that stupid cat (who still isn't surpassed!!), we're stuck in this limbo of midquels that trivializes or contradicts the original manga.
