I'll go into some detail on my logic here. It's mostly headcanon obviously but based on established personalities and educated guesses.
>Venus
Goddess of love, canonically horny and super interested in men. Would probably be a freak in the bedroom and up for anything. By nature of the plot she's destined to never actually have sex/love ever in favor of devoting her life to Serenity, as are most of the non-Usagi core Sailors, but if she did, she would be the best there ever was.
>Neptune
Pretty heavily implied she and Uranus are having a sexual relationship during the course of the show, so has experience. Despite appearances, we see in the plot that Neptune is the more dominant one of the two and would also probably take the lead in the bedroom.
>Moon
Canonically has sex and an implied loving relationship with Endymion for thousands of years. Is a very traditional romantic type so would probably try very hard to please a man, despite being a weirdo or failure in most other things she attempts.
>Uranus
Another canon sexhaver, but is the less dominant one of the pair and so, as she does in the plot, comes off as a little less experienced/naive.
>Jupiter
Like Usagi, is very romantic and eager to please, but, unlike Usagi, has a canon neediness and desperation for approval that might make things a little awkward at times. Also she's sporty; I guess there might be a high level of flexibility etc. that makes up for her more emotion-based weaknesses.

Literally just stands in front of a door for thousands of years on end; has no experience at all (in the bedroom or even really interacting with people). As a clear adult physically, she's the least bad of the "bad" group because she'd probably be less awkward than a literal teenager, but still not great.

Start with Sailor V and then the original manga and then the 1992 adaption. There's not a lot to pick from, and anything else not listed isn't mandatory or necessary, it's more of an extra than anything else.

there aren't a billion different versions, every season just got a new name but it's the same continuity. the manga and the original anime have their own separate continuities and only vaguely resemble each other. Crystal from 2014 is a more direct adaptation of the manga but it sucks so it's not worth watching except for maybe the movies.
the 90s anime is easy enough to follow; season one is Sailor Moon, season two is Sailor Moon R, s3 is SM S, s4 is SM SuperS, and s5 is SM Sailor Stars.

if you just want one season to watch, I'd say watch R. the first dozen episodes are basically a clif's notes recap of the first season, and the rest of the season is both probably the most 'shonen' the series ever gets. if you like that, then move on to the next season: S. it's a direct continuation of the storyline from R, introduces the rest of the most iconic characters in the series, and has some of the most emotional storylines. S is generally considered the best season in the whole series.
Season 1 is fun but it takes a long time to get going and was clearly made on a budget because Toei didn't think the series would last so I'd only recommend it if you liked the silly episodes from R and S. SuperS kicked out a lot of fan favourite characters and made the show instead revolve around Chibiusa, so I'd only recommend it if you really like her. Sailor Stars brings in a lot of new characters you probably won't care about, and all the production staff who had been with the series since the beginning left so the writing and art and directing are so different that it might as well be a different show.

As a different anon and Usagi fan I do want to say that the filler arc at the beginning of R maybe doesn't give the best impression of Usagi as a protagonist. Most of the episodes she's sidelined/depowered as either a source of angst or to give the other girls more focus, compared to her role in the first season for example.

She plays more of the role you'd expect her to play as the MC once Chibiusa shows up.

the first arc of R has all the girls have amnesia and they have to regain their memories and rebuild their friendship. the purpose of that arc is to reintroduce the characters to people who might not have seen the first season. it has enough flashbacks and exposition that a newcomer would understand it, same as some of the back story included in the early parts of the Saiyan Saga in DBZ.
