In retrospect Big Mom arc was a better example of fighting an army of super humans than Kaido arc, for some reason Like it's not just an army, it's an army full of people easily as strong as the crew members, you cannot fight them, any drawn out fight is suicide, they will ultimately surround you if you try to fight. All they could do was keep running away in the end.
