Still, the two interpretations of the same script aren't necessarily wrong by themselves and I did like how Team B emphasized that she needed to come to terms with how she still loved ox king despite being hurt by him (and keeps ox king from being a one and done scene). I just prefer the version where rage swallowed everything

This is self indulgent but I'll put my thoughts on team a and b's ideas>a's ox king scene isn't actually about the relationship, it's about iron fan and how she knows her husband doesn't give a shit (and wukong, by extension, didn't give a shit and thought the relationship itself would make her acquiesce the fan)>b's has her give into the affection because she ultimately still loves him despite it all, and that is what wukong is exploiting>a has the whole team work together to get iron fan to crack, and wukong is simply the last piece >b has it come down to only wukong pointing out this comes down to the relationship itself that's holding her backBig power of friendship helping a tragic villainess who feels alone in her rage vibes in part a, where love and the conflict with her anger is the theme of part b. It would be fascinating to see it in action
