I get the feeling the author is tired of Kasumi (and maybe the story in general) and is just sidelining her with Aozora as an excuse. Her friendship with the other two has always been poorly conveyed and seemed shallow despite the characters saying otherwise.It's also pretty glaring how Suzukawa changed her mind on a lot of stuff like Aozora being a trap.
