So in theory this is the last volume of this arc. Not sure how that meshes with theories of a Great Reset. If they spend all the time fighting Al then there just isn't enough time I don't think, but its possible Al vs Subaru is just a single chapter of talking since Al failed miserably which could be compelling enough. I know a lot of people wanted some big looper vs looper fight to happen but I'm not sure it can either way since Al will need to be beaten for Subaru to do anything so they won't both be active at once. Possible Al can speed through the current situation with aggressor, which notably seems to kick in automatically when Al decides to give up. If its revealed Yae/Alcanica/Roi are dead then his plans can't even happen I don't think so he's already lost. That might trigger aggressor and then because he still failed to die he decides to just do whatever he was doing anyway and has to be stopped by whoever (probably Petra/Rem, maybe Emilia if she can wake up). Al might also give up and undo things himself, and give Subaru advice on how to get past him in the past, maybe saying something Priscilla said to Al that all is currently trying to ignore. Hard to say.

So there's obviously a lot of messes happening right now and while subtle, I feel like some of these need a resetting.The tower/library is destroyed. Unless Tappei is just getting rid of the can of worms that is those books, they need to be fixed. Meili maybe finding Elsa's book (though since she's looked a bunch and hasn't found it maybe its not there) and some final thing between Al and Priscilla using it seem likely or at least need resolution. Now the big one is Priscilla's which maybe Al could've already found and just has so it was spared destruction, or maybe the thing isn't as destroyed as you would think.Satella is bitching out and likely the way Al wanted to stop it with Roi is mindwiping Petra. You could kill Petra too but that forces a reset. Roi is potentially dead and he very likely can't affect Petra either because there's no reason to assume her name is still Petra Leyte right now. So its possible the plan could've never worked regardless if Roi is alive or dead.The divine dragon seems kinda dead, that's a bit of a problem for a number of reasons but most notably for the important selection thing. I don't know if Clind can operate as a stand-in but that would be goofy as hell if so.Minor but Yae is maybe dead and probably has some final thing with Al that would've needed to happen. Its still possible if she's actually alive.The method of Rem's revival also sucked balls and is worthy of a mulligan to pay off everything Subaru has been working for and maybe Spica. But nothing is really demanding she get reset, it just stays bad if she doesn't.Overall I think Tappei has done a frustratingly good job of teasing permanent damage that would absolutely need resetting without confirming that's the case so it becomes ambiguous.
