Pierrot stopped animating their own original episodes where Rukia is relevant. She might get some more scenes in the final cour because there's confirmed to be a bunch of anime original material but given that it's curated by Kubo and her role in the manga is done at this point save for the epilouge where she loses the Ichibowl. Odds are she won't get anything to do except maybe job somewhere randomly.
