Yes, they both started as a H game, sure, but the difference is that where Fate games are story driven, carried entirely by Nasu's writing alone and the sex scenes were of secondary importance, the Taimanin games are straight up smut that became (in)famous for the porn and not Kagami's shitty writing. You couldn't make a Fate/stay Night type of anime out of any of the Taimanin games, the porn is just too central to the plot to gloss over.
