The movie (for all its myriad issues) shows how she's still distant with Aki and has difficulty gelling with her, but the show never really gets into the group dynamic in that same way. K-On also benefits from more focus on its central themes whereas Yuru Camp is a camping show, but also a tourist destination show, but also a food show, but also a travel show. Sure, these are all components of camping and woven in fairly well, but by S3 they were really grasping at straws and skipping over the actual camping. These issues with focus and structure are obviously worse in Mono, but even in S2 you can see the rot setting in. That's not to say I dislike Yuru Camp, I enjoyed it quite a bit and find the characters far more charming than most CGDCT ensembles. I just feel top 2 is ambitious.

Rin still calls Ena Saitou, so there's definitely room there. The final one might be a bit difficult with the "local" part since Yamanashi is finite after all.
