But we got sprinkles of that between 5 motherfucking years of new characters doing almost random stuff as set up for this lukewarm finale that didn't answer the few questions I even had. Biohacker was released as one book, so it was short, laser focused on the character that was supposed to be having an origin story, and was consistent with the developing mentality of the character we see today. Which is goddamn ironic because it's technically not even the same guy. I don't even fucking know why Mikoto is a loner after all this.
