The author of this really needs to learn that characters don't need 30 minute long monologues to show how they feel.It gets genuinely exhausting when every other episode is some super melodramatic epiphany.
I have watched 10 minutes of ReZero and that was enough to know this guy is an unlikable bitch, couldn't imagine anyone subjecting themselves to more.

The cringy dialogue is by far the worst part of the series. Literally no one talks like a normal person. It’s even worse if you understand the original jap and see characters just repeat the same words 100x like autists

There was also meant to be a scene where Subaru gets told that his chances of getting transported back are next to null after talking to someone else who got isekai'd, making him even more emotionally unstable, but it was cut and replaced with a scene in a short chibi side anime for season 4.
