Deleted the Megaten characters because a) their positions were wrong, and b) they're /v/ not /a/.Lucia, Elie, and Mazinger Infinity all have similar "reset the universe" powers to Odeon to they go near it.Z-ARC, Numeron Dragon and Yhwach all govern "small" multiverses (4, 3, and 3 alternate dimensions respectively) so they go a bit below Zeno (12 dimensions).Mazinger Zero was so strong it took what is implied to be every mecha ever working together to destroy him so he's way at the top with all the uber-complex multiverse people.Also I thought YYH needed representation so Raizen's here.Still needs some tweaks but, hey, I actually made one!
