The God’s Knights are clearly the One Piece version of the Gotei 13 (who were supposed to be the bad guys of an imperial japan esque government but Kubo pussied out) One Piece is like Bleach if it never backpedaled on it’s revolutionary and anti-establishment commentary like Bleach did by white washing the Soul Society.

The 13 zodiac captains, running through their territory to save their female friend from being executed, the entire thing being a plot by one of the captains who was manipulating everyone the entire time, confronting this manipulative dick on the cliff at the end of the arc, fucking EVERYTHING. Kubo even admitted he copied Sanctuary arc. Because his ass was about to get cancelled for copying the plot of Yuyu Hakoshu but Toriyama saved him so he decided to copy another manga instead.
