>>284132328Its decent, the worldbuilding is good but not that fleshed out, and the powers are cool. Its a mix of /e/ and some parts /m/ as the author's a massive mecha and tokusatsu fan. If you like the concept of a guy weaponizing his horniness, DxD might be a good read, but if you're reading in the hopes that Issei might fuck his harem, you'd be disappointed because he and the girls are still virgins either because the author wants to cockblock Issei and his readers, or because his editor enforced a ban on sexual content. Outside of not having sex, Issei does develop a good romantic relationship to Rias and the other girls, and he's been a true bro to the other male characters as >>284132343 said.

At worst, he's like the more benign protags in non-romcom genres which tend to rack up a good amount of hangers on, but rarely does it become the actual focus of the story.It's been a little while since I caught up, but the most common thing is they'd make jokes about the people obsessed with him, but there was a pretty clear break between those jokes, the side characters actually interested in him, and then the one character he actually had real romantic tension with, who was also silo'd off from the rest of the cast in general to further highlight her unique character.
