It does feel that the bulk of the praise towards Eden comes from everything pretimeskip and then people tapped out during Kenji's solo arc and you only read it if you want to get pissed off every volume. We're now at the point where Endo doesn't know where to take the series to its conclusion now that Elijah ultimately failed and he has to make up a conflict for the next two volumes.
Im shocked this hasn't gotten an anime adaptation. It would have fit perfectly with the early Netflix slop when they started licensing exclusive anime or picking up failed pilots.
