You need to read/watch Drama series to get real love triangles and actual competition for the female love interest. And those rarely get posted here on /a/, we're more about Isekai and shonenshit here, maybe the occasional villainess and yuri series. Thinking about recent anime examples, most of the romcoms are harem-types, where the male MC has like 2-3 girls going after him. Mech Marie does have two males vying for the female lead, but he's a clear third wheel. May I ask for one final things is also an example of that too. There might be a drama series this season, but I am not watching it.
