The visuals were her jumping and falling and eventually breaking through to the open sky. On top of that, after this confession, her sister thanked her for being alive while crying, very obviously showing that she understood the subtext (unlike many viewers and trannylators) and was glad her sister didn't jump. Ontop of the top of that, the very next song ninners wrote used the line, "I don't want to die, I want to live so much that it hurts" thus making it clear that she survived her suicidal thoughts and got through to a better place where she loves life and livingNina is my girl
