I get why this is good thematically but this fight is so FUCKING boring it’s insane. Sakura refuses to leave but also refuses to do fuckall. Granted as I type this she’s actually finally fighting him but still, for the start of shippuden this isn’t a great start for shippuden which sucks cause I’ve been so excited about finally seeing the akatsuki
I will say these clone fights are pretty sick

On top of that, it has that akward and ugly look of Kishimoto switching to digital, and getting used to the character's new designs. The anime is more passable mostly thanks to visual flare here and there, but overall is a suck y fight that's overrated by some fans for reasons I can't fathom.
