R.I.P. Studio GAINAX. The studio that brought us Gunbuster, Neon Genesis Evangelion, FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Orochuban Ebichu, and Panty and Stocking titles has closed forever due to bankruptcy. We as fans witnessed their anime. Anime that made the art form what is today. Too bad their business practices were not up to the same snuff their anime clearly was. They were relying on revenue from fan purchases instead of making new titles as a main means of income. Now they're gone and I am really upset.Future fans who love Eva, FLCL, etc. will have to settle for museums instead of meeting the staff. Fuck.
