boruto anime is worse than naruto in terms of filler, it became a lot better when i skipped to kawaki arc.then i picked up the manga where the anime left off and i realized how peak the boruto manga is. you can tell it was planned out beforehand because theres a lot less plot holes in boruto. and twin blue vortex is so good because the way shikamaru and boruto negotiate and strategize is so much more logical than all the deus ex machina plot armor in naruto.
