it was pretty good and then it was PEAK and then it was PEAK for a long while and then it started to slow down and then it was kinda bad and then there were a few months where it was on break and then it was still bad for an issue and then it was on break for a few more months and now it's kinda picking up again...

If you are talking about hype then there was no hype besides small circle of Jojo fans,majority of Jojo fans online are anime only and some have only read till SBR,Jojolion and Jojolands fans are minority in jjba fandom.
