Kirika was one of the ageless humans that was successfully born. This was originally going to be delved more into in the final chapters, but the author wanted to show more about Densuke x Chiharu ship. Basically he scrapped the whole setting, because he didn't want the story to take a heavy turn. It would've been interesting if the author had given more focus on this plotline, in a spin-off doujin or something.Picrel is from a "continuation" Eiken doujin, drawn by Eiken manga's original author. Every other character in the doujin(s) have aged/grown up, except Kirika. Here the author comments that whether Eiken gets a sequel, he could draw Kirika in this figure. It's probably meant to hint that Kirika is in fact an android.
It's not good, but it did permanently alter my brain chemistry with the bouncy breast smothering.
