I think 90's tv anime is the worst anime ever got on average to be quite honest. I also think moeshits best days are at least 15 years behind it and to be mad at moeshit is to be a man out of time. The high otaku era is long over. What you have these days in Japan is proliferation of what was otakushit to normalfags, and so what the thing even was (like Light Novels) changes to accommodate the wider market.
