The devil fruit is Jormungandr, the giant "hellfire serpent" on the right of the mural. It also explains why Loki was born with serpent eyes, and why he has the bandages over his eyes, just like the serpent has some sort of scar around its eyes and body. A fire burns inside the serpent that allows you to destroy anything you eat, which is why rocks wanted a giant to eat it. The bigger the wielder, the more they can eat. Loki had to eat his father, which probably fucked him up at least a little bit. Imagine the trauma of your father regenerating and being digested by the hellfire flames that burn inside of you.
