sooo...when is a gender swap version of this coming out?
It's a bummer that the author is a woman who self inserts into her furry fantasy. It should have been a man self inserting into his she-wolf fantasy.

There's not much to say guys, if you have no problem identifying with a girl, (you)'re faggots. You're not anthro guys, so the circle narrows. One definitely doesn't watch rom-coms for plot and jaw-dropping animation but to lust over anime girls. OP is based.

You had trouble watching the movie Shrek because you couldn't identify witha gianr green ogre, huh?
>>

No, esl retard. You're bringing up a disjointed and ineffective example because you actually get my point.
You just don't want to admit it.
I was referring to the narrative thread common to almost all rom-coms. There's a boy (usually unpopular or a lone wolf) who, against his expectations, finds himself in a reciprocated relationship with a pretty girl.
Why do you think the narrator/protagonist of the story is always a man? Because most consumers of ecchi/harem/romantic comedy culture are men.
I hope I don't need to explain that Shrek's goal is to create urban comedy with pop culture references.

Male authors are peer pressured to be tamer with their degeneracy
>>

No, they're almost always men because the ones that get adapted to anime are all in magazines specifically for men and boys, ya dingus. The romcoms that don't follow that pattern and are still meant for men, like douki-chan or medaka kuroiwa, still put a huge emphasis on the girls and their feelings but also makes sure the girls are hot enough to not alienate guys. I am intentionally ignoring romcoms meant for women and have women protagonists because it's the same answer (main audience, usually viewpoint character is the same expected gender)
