Any others i'm missing? I'm mainly looking for other hand to hand style martial art stuff or fighting game adaptations from that period.

I'm assuming not since it's nowhere near obscure enough for you to have forgotten it while making the list, but would you count Ranma 1/2?

I would and did forget about adding it, thanks anon.

Kinnikuman and Tiger Mask II should be there too.
Given Samurai Shodown is there I think stuff like Ninja Scroll or Rurouni Kenshin should count as should YuYu Hakusho if Dragon Ball is there.
Not a fighting game, but Ninja Gaiden had an OVA and I seem to remember Sega's Shinobi having something, but I don't quite remember what, or if it even was anime.
