It's always the half circle and it's always the highest number of dots. Whoever programmed this didn't do a good job it's clearly using seeds and not true RNG.

my favorite anime character and wife is too busy climbing mountains to post on 4chan. but yeah she could solve it, but it would frustrate her and she'd probably give up after the second time she attempts to make a post (probably on /out/ asking for interesting climbing spot recommendations)as a side note i do think this captcha is easier for me to solve than any of the last few ones with the convoluted sliding text bullshit.
