I thought about how I would rewrite the dual play arc to make the ending more impactful, but it would be too out there>make yonagi's team the B team>change it so the unstable arthoe director is planning on staking their entire thing on the final night instead of the first night>meaning that over the course of the arc we see the story play out a few times but don't see yonagi ever at peak anger until the end>Chiyoko consistently mogs Kei, who's entire team lags behind as the arthoe is not being a good enough director>final night comes>yonagi gets hit with the "I cucked your mom lol" line>she's enraged and is finally at peak ANGY and SADGE>gives a performance that stunlocks the audience and everyone on the cast, including Chiyoko, who kneels to Yonagi's method>at the end of the play, there is a last minute rewrite, technically against the rules, but the director doesn't care>instead of forgiving the monkeyking, she fans the flames of the mountains and enrages them further>at this same time, the director starts an ACTUAL fire on stage, full on arson>She's safe about it, or atleast as safe as you can be while starting a real actual fire on a wooden set>pulls the fire alarm and forces the audience out of the theater while the fire continues to sprawl out of control>the other actors are forced to break character and physically remove Yonagi from the burning stage while she's kicking and screaming and crying>the entire building goes up in flames as the livestream continues>the unstable arthoe director just burned down the theater for her play. It was fucking kino>final moments of the chapter are everyone standing outside in the rain as the amberlamps and fire department arrive>yonagi has flipped from anger into pure sadness and is sitting there ugly crying because of how much she hates her dad and misses her mom>chiyoko and her friend from school go to embrace her>final page is a spread of them hugging her as the theater burns down infront of them

It had a stage play in development and an anime was all but confirmed. It was generational wealth for the writer and artist, but then the writer went full retard.
