The ofunehiki was a solid climax to the events that preceded it and I don't think another 12 episodes of Manaka swooning over Tsumugu would have been preferable to what we got, a whole new mix up of the cast with happenings every episode. I'm fine with being in the minority, I really think the love triangles of the pre-timeskip were already set in stone and there was no satisfying way to end it without literally everyone getting rejected by their initial love interest, so they decided to throw a curveball.
My girl was able to confess her feelings and won, so even if the Miuna loss hurt, I wasn't as disappointed as many anons were.
