Finally watched it last year (almost 2 years now fukk) and man, I'm still sitting in the afterglow of it. It really should have fallen apart with all the plates it was spinning, but somehow it just has the perfect balance of melodrama, intrigue, tenderness, bitchiness, and politics in a way that's just consistently pleasant.If I can labor any real complaints its that I've been hunting for shows to scratch the itch and they've all been falling a bit short, good as the Zak isI definitely understand why people hold Versailles over it tho
