Apparently they didn't even consult the old cast, which is weird since the new movie is using the old cast.I do hope it's good at least, and I get some new merch of my wife out of it. >>284698523Either way it looks like a complete reset of the anime, I assume they'll follow the manga more closely (the new standards of it, not the early years) probably adapt a lot of the chapters the original series missed. I don't think it will last the 7 years the original did, but I am kinda curious what it'll do. And who will voice my wife since Akiko Hiramatsu isn't in it.
