Easy to see why, those are other free are even more irrelevant than Lee. Kishimoto didn’t give them anything, the fact that shitters like Tenten even has fans(even ironic) is surprising. Her fight got off screened during the exams

I love what we got with Guy, but I can't help but feel like it should have been Lee in that end moment. Especially since Guy lived in the end.
Let Lee have that moment against Madara, completely his story arc by proving hard work can achieve greatness as Madara declares him the strongest Taijutsu user ever, change things around some to have Neji live to see that moment and make the same comments Kakashi did, and let Lee die a noble death since he might as well be gone in Boruto anyway.
