I wholeheartedly believe the sole reason people like Araragi is because he's voiced by Kamiya Hiroshi. It would have been so easy to give him a more generic MC-kun harem voice but casting someone who can emote like Kamiyan elevates the character no matter what insane shit he's saying.By the same token, I always wonder what this series would have been like if Shaft didn't adapt it and was picked up by J.C. Staff or something
