Also, Dororo's trauma switch in the manga is there to contrast with his usual cool personality and strong power, while in the anime, it basically becomes his main gimmick (and power-wise he's kept on Giroro's level, while in the manga, even after Alisa's introduction, Dororo basically shows up and one shots enemies). Dororo also hangs out with Mutsumi on the ceilings of the city, at least early on, and this didn't happen in the anime.
