7 episodes in, and i think im about ready to give up on this. too many lazily written characters youve seen a million times before. its not a great sign when the most intriguing character in hte show is a rando redhead no-name who's only interesting because of the odd mismatch between femme looks and masculine voice.

I feel like 10 or 20 years ago once they get out of Bandit camp the story would have become episodic journey across all the kingdoms. I feel like there's no room for long journeys anymore, everything has to get to point.
