Is it worth spending thousands of dollars on a OLED TV that is 77 inches to watch anime? Because I want to do it on BD Remux quality. How is the experience like? I use a 48 incher right now. I'm definitely going to upgrade to 75 inches at least
>>
what the fuck do you need a massive fucking TV to watch low quality 962p anime rips for.
A CRT would be more worth your while

Why not watch it on your computer?

i assume you mean laptop? Because I use a HDMI to my TV. In fact. My TV is basically my computer screen. its 48 inches. I want a 70+ incher

Anime definitely looks better on an OLED screen.
Don't buy a 77" tv if you think you'll move it to another appartment some day. My 55" LG OLED has survived moving three times, but when I bought it new the panel had to be changed because it was faulty/damaged. It's like you'd need to move a particularly large piece of chips intact. Well worth the 1000 eurobucks tho.

Yeah, like a PC or laptop. So you use a TV screen for your monitor? That's a big screen.
>>
Using a screen that's too big just makes me dizzy.
My monitor is enough

I use a laptop for casual browsing, but if I want to watch anime or play games, I use my 48 inch tv. And I don't even think this is big enough, I have more money now so I think I'm going to buy a 77 incher
>>
I only watch anime on my OLED nintendo switch

you can either a qualityautist or actually watch anime
>>
>>284779458
You can do both lmao
>>

No, retard. Just sit closer

I've had better experiences watching 2nd generation VHS copies of anime on a 17" CRT than you'll ever get from throwing money at plastic crap. The technology is not what makes a symbolically represented narrative good and memorable. Stop being materialist.

No, you really can't. The pathological need to constantly get it "even better", interrupting the story to pause and fuck with settings every day of your life will always result in your priorities being misplaced and the emotional connection to the work disrupted and neutered.

Literally just watch anime. You are not your TV.

I sure hope you're a dubfag and only watch modern series, because the sub area VILL burn in, and if you switch between 3:4 and 16:9 you'll fuck up the screen pretty fast.

The non-anime fan who wishes he could go back the 90s are very stupid.
>>284782528
Everyone I've spoken too said this is false for modern OLEDs lol
