I'm reading Shy, and I planned to make a thread about it once I catched up with the manga. But I can't take much more.I'm between liking it and disliking it for how cringy it can be. This David Bowie character is really making me doubt if I like it or not. I'm a long time fan of the Londoner this character is inspired after, but it can really be cringy. I started reading this manga because of a thread I saw the other day, and the delicious 14yo JC pic it had, so I really wasn't expecting much. I didn't even know it had an anime adaptation.Also the manga is full of Talk no Jutsu and power of friendship. It has some good fanservice bits but Jesus Christ, I'm not really used to modern shonen.Anyway Shy thread.

It's what makes Shy special, all the other heroes want to solve problems with their fists because of Teru's nature and her not exactly being the strongest of heroes it makes her very good at connecting with people and understanding them and connecting with them in ways some of the other heroes can't

Sometimes you need to beat someone into submission before negotiations especially when lives are on the line
