Was this actually any good? I remember people cracking jokes about it being boring ass hell back in the day. Even adult swim joked about the first episodes villain only having the power to trip people. LoL

I watched it like 2 years ago, and it's like pre and post millennium supernatural TV shows : slow, low budget but moody. Some episodic short shories are genuinely good, the main story is not that interesting but serviceable

I kinda remember it being super boring not just the story but the visuals. It felt more like a Western show than anime, but it's been 20+ years so memory's hazy.
